Haar

Haar is a patch for Organelle M. Twelve voices, and not one of them is an oscillator — each is filtered noise, resonant enough to hold a pitch but never quite settling on it. That is the whole idea. There is no fundamental to lock onto, so chords sit in the air rather than stacking up. Play a lot of notes and it thickens like weather instead of getting louder.

  K1  LPF - how far back it sits

  K2  Bend - pitch, continuous

  K3  Cut - filter resonance — how much pitch survives the noise

  K4  Rate - how quickly voices move

  AUX Breathe - freezes it, then lets it breathe again

Twelve independent envelopes means you can hold a chord and each note will behave slightly differently. Nothing arrives together. Turn K3 down and it stops being notes entirely.
